What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least five (5) years relevant working experience as a procurement supervisor, Detailed understanding of the principles and practice of Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Experience in strategic Procurement and Contract principles and practices, Work experience in budgeting and purchasing management, Computer literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, Supply Chain & Material Management
Nice to Have
Hands on experience with supply chain management software (preferably, Pronto ERP System)
What You'll Do.
Source suitable quality cost competitive suppliers
Maintain and build highly ethical relationships
Corresponds with vendors concerning inquiries
Commit stock and direct purchase orders
Raising and data entry of all purchase orders
Ensures efficient and effective procurement
Oversees the implementation and compliance to policies
Manages relevant communication for engineering activities
Develops and maintains professional relationships with suppliers
Implements various purchasing strategies
Assists in reducing procurement costs
Oversees the open transactions
Monitors overdue and urgent purchase orders

Develops and maintains professional relationships with all suppliers; Provides an effective interface with all departments
