Its approximately 19,000 employees generated annual sales of CHF 6.5 billion in 2017. * Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement documents. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and related documents. * Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy). * Familiar with ERP system (e.g, SAP, Navision, etc…) * Have a knowledge of Import/Export process and procedures. * Experience in using Trade Net 2.0 is a plus * Follow up with internal departments for procurement needs and approvals. * Support import/export documentation if required. * Monitor and update supplier/vendor database. * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. * Assist with reporting, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to procurement. * Provide support to the procurement manager and other tasks as assigned. ## Qualifications * Must have procurement knowledge and negotiation skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Familiar with ERP system (e.g, SAP, Navision, etc..) * Experience in using Microsoft word, excel, ppt * Experience in using Trade Net 2.0 * Understand import/export process and procedures ## Additional Information Working days - Monday to Friday ( 8:30am to 5:30pm) Location- East Dagon ( Frerry provided ) We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
