What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Management, negotiation and sourcing skills, business judgment and analytical skills, Experience using AI tools and digital solutions to improve routines, productivity, quality of deliverables, and visibility for decision-making, Experience building, structuring, or using dashboards and visual management tools to track financial impact, risks, deadlines, and performance, A hands-on mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes, creating scalable solutions, and increasing operational efficiency, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, prioritization and project management skills, Advanced proficiency in English

Drive early adoption of AI in Procurement routines
Leverage AI and digital solutions to support performance management
Build and maintain dashboards and visual management mechanisms
