Full Job Description

THE ROLE We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in renewable energy, capable of operating across technical, commercial and strategic dimensions. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities across PV and BESS projects, acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes are robust, efficient and aligned with business objectives. If you have a strong commercial mindset, deep industry knowledge and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs / RFPs / tenders), from strategy definition to contract award, in close coordination with internal stakeholders Support and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and portfolio objectives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance frameworks Manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors (EPCs, OEMs, BESS integrators), acting as a primary point of contact for commercial matters Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification and homologation processes, ensuring a robust and reliable supplier base Support and participate in commercial negotiations, including the development of MSAs and Framework Agreements with strategic partners Conduct market analysis on suppliers, technologies and cost trends (PV & BESS), maintaining awareness of industry developments and supply chain risks SKILLS & COMPETENCIES To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Time management & prioritization skills - things can get a little hectic, so the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical Excellent communication skills (in English or/and other European languages) - you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling.
