Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, with mandatory expertise in SAAS engagements, professional services, and a strong understanding of the associated service categories. Proven expertise in procurement processes, negotiation skills, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Solid knowledge of business and third-party services purchasing, with a strong commercial focus on project-based contracts and service requirements. Experience working in a high-performance, complex organizational environment with multiple systems and stakeholders, including compliance, safety, quality, and environmental management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Self-motivated professionals with excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Strong computer proficiency, including advanced use of Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with the ZIP procurement system is preferred.
