It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this: At Mews, we’re building a modern, scalable procurement function and we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to help shape a critical process area from the ground up. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You’ll take the lead on supplier onboarding, helping us build a more consistent, compliant and efficient process while also supporting procure-to-pay activities and lower-value spot buys as needed. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and working closely with stakeholders across a fast-moving business. ✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Own supplier onboarding as your core area of responsibility Help shape and embed a scalable supplier onboarding process within Coupa Coordinate supplier setup, documentation and due diligence requirements Support risk assessment and compliance-related checks as part of onboarding Support day-to-day procure-to-pay activity where needed Help with spot buy negotiations for lower-value requests Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations and o
