What You'll Do.
Manage procurement activities
Process and review purchase orders
Support procurement planning
Conduct bid evaluations
Monitor purchasing activities
Support contract closeout activities
Maintain vendor relationships
Assist with vendor performance management
Support contract negotiations
Ensure purchasing and subcontract compliance
Review contracts and procurement documents
Resolve purchasing discrepancies
Conduct cost analysis
Analyze procurement and operational data
Prepare purchasing reports
Identify opportunities to improve purchasing workflows
Assist with database management
Support development of database parameters
Find effective methods of performing daily operations
Attend and participate in team meetings
Support staff supervision activities
Assist with performance management initiatives
