The person is responsible for the operational execution of procurement activities, transportation logistics and the day-to-day management of suppliers, in line with the directions, priorities and frameworks established by management. Acts as a point of contact between production, suppliers and internal stakeholders and actively contributes to the stability and fluidity of operations. Procurement and Logistics * Plan supplies according to production schedule, priorities and inventory. * Issue orders and follow up on confirmations and deadlines, then ensure reminders. * Coordinate transportation logistics, including documentation and incident resolution. * Monitor the inventory, and trigger actions to avoid shortages and surpluses. * Escalate critical procurement and logistics issues to relevant stakeholders. Supplier management * Be the primary point of contact for suppliers in day-to-day operations. * Monitor supplier performance and document deviations. * Manage supplier issues and organize corrective actions with internal teams. * Identify supply risks and propose mitigation solutions. * Participate in supplier reviews and suggest improvements or arbitrations.
