We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful **Procurement Specialist** is responsible for executing operational procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted material availability and support business continuity. The role focuses on purchase order execution, supplier performance management, supply risk mitigation, and inventory optimization while operating within the framework of approved suppliers established by Strategic Sourcing. ### **Key Responsibilities** ### 1\. Operational Procurement Execution * Execute purchase orders in line with production plans, demand forecasts, and material requirements. * Manage and monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely supplier confirmations and delivery commitments. * Track shipment schedules and proactively address any delays or deviations. * Maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance. * Expedite critical materials and resolve supply issues to prevent operational disruptions. ### 2\.
