Must Have
At least 2 years of experience in procurement, Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and make procurement decisions autonomously, understanding of supplier evaluation, pricing comparison, lead time analysis and product assessment, Experience working with ERP systems, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and international suppliers, Problem-solving mindset, flexibility and accountability for work results, Quality-oriented attitude, precision and attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, Excellent English and Latvian communication skills
Nice to Have
Technical knowledge or education in electronics, mechanics, manufacturing or a related technical field, Experience working in a large electronics or mechanical manufacturing company, Monitor G5 experience

Ensure timely procurement and ordering of materials
Organize procurement processes for equipment
Collaborate with existing suppliers
Identify new suppliers
Conduct market research

Maintain procurement data in ERP system
Confirm and monitor delivery schedules
Resolve procurement-related challenges
Take ownership of procurement decisions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, warehouse, logistics, MRO and field teams; communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and international suppliers

Excellent English and Latvian communication skills
