The **Procurement Sourcing Leader** will play a pivotal role in building, maturing, and scaling the supply base for Copeland's next generation of strategic platforms. This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, engineering, operations, and supplier development, ensuring new suppliers are identified, qualified, and ramped effectively to support aggressive program timeliness and long-term growth. You will lead suppliers’ readiness for key new product introductions (NPI), drive cross-functional alignment, and help shape a resilient, high-performing supply base capable of supporting future strategic programs. This position is critical to ensuring Copeland's future platforms launch on time, with the right suppliers, at the right cost, and with the right capabilities.
