What You'll Do.
Identify services-related procurement projects
Manage services-related procurement projects
Analyze client workforce classification
Review client Statements of Work (SOW)
Educate suppliers and clients
Negotiate cost savings
Audit client SOW/contracts
Track and report progress/results
Analyze client SOWs and data
Provide recommendations for workforce classification
Execute proper workforce classification
Analyze client Statements of Work
Provide analysis and determination of classification
Provide recommendations on relevant information
Provide recommendations on key issues
Provide recommendations on suggested actions
Manage data for savings reporting
Manage data for analysis
Supplement AGS Client PMO Teams
Review client SOW and spend data
Assist COE and Program teams with spend categorization
Assist COE and Program teams with opportunity assessments
Assist COE and Program teams with savings estimates
Assist COE and Program teams with proper classification/scoping
Assist COE Leads and Client Teams with SOW
Determine reclassification opportunity
Identify cost savings
Participate in projects for Services Procurement Solutions development
Support projects for Services Procurement Solutions development
Track and measure performance
Support development of Procurement Solutions strategy
Support delivery of Procurement Solutions strategy
Create documentation for communication
Communicate AGS solution internally
Communicate AGS solution externally
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with COE; Work with AGS Client PMO resources; Work with COE Leads; Work with Client Teams; Work with COE Leads to develop view; Work with COE Leads to develop case studies; Work with COE Leads to develop proof points
