Must Have
Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial negotiation, or supplier management, Experience operating in complex or regulated environments, understanding of procurement governance and risk management, Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements, supplier relationship management experience, Ability to balance commercial outcomes with risk and compliance requirements
What You'll Do.
Lead high-value and high-risk commercial negotiations
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
Drive commercial optimisation and cost-saving initiatives
Partner with Legal on complex contractual arrangements
Act as SME for procurement
and third-party policies
Ensure compliance with Group procurement and payment policies
Monitor and implement policy and process changes
Manage procurement-related escalations
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes across ventures
Support supplier selection
and contract management
Improve procurement processes and ways of working
Provide delivery and execution expertise to support x15 and its Ventures
Prioritising initiatives
Managing delivery activities
Supporting execution outcomes
Ensuring alignment to strategy and OKRs
Assist teams to embed effective operational and delivery practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner closely with ventures, risk, security, legal, and technology SMEs; Partner with Legal on complex contractual arrangements; Influence senior stakeholders and strategic decisions
