## Description GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential. ## Manage purchasing and sourcing activities across multiple operational departments Source electronic, industrial, and hard-to-find replacement components Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships Negotiate pricing, lead times, and purchasing agreements to drive cost savings Track purchasing trends, monitor spending, and assist with budget management Partner closely with operations, warehouse, and technical teams to forecast inventory and material needs Evaluate supplier performance related to pricing, quality, and delivery Resolve shortages, backorders, and supply chain disruptions Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, reporting, and procurement records Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives throughout the organization ## What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, electronics, or repair environments preferred Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills Ability to research and source difficult-to-locate components or materials Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in Excel and purchasing/reporting systems ERP system experience preferred Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills ## Why Join Opportunity to make a direct operational impact within a growing organization Visible ro
