In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and our digital service portals, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience at every step. **What will you be doing?** * Act as the primary link between customers, internal teams, Accounts Receivable (AR), and the KONE Business Services (KBS) Portal Team for all portal‑related matters. * Communicate proactively and clearly with customers regrading portal requirements, updates and issue resolution. * Facilitate the onboarding of new customer portals by ensuring all setup requirements are completed properly and documented. * Provide regular progress updates on portal onboarding and escalate delays or technical issues when required. * Support the KBS Portal Team with the configuration and ongoing maintenance of local customer portals. * Monitor and report portal performance issues, recurring failures and customer pain points to ensure timely processing and minimised payment delays. * Communicate aged invoice issues caused by portal failures and coordinate corrective actions to expedite payment. * Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and over-all customer satisfaction. **What are we looking for?** * 3+ years’ experience in a similar position. * Previous experience using procurement platforms. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. * Strong orga
