In this role, you will help monitor operational performance, maintain process documentation, support policy implementation, and track follow-up actions to improve consistency and compliance across procurement operations. Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and other stakeholders, you will support reporting, governance routines, and process improvement initiatives while helping ensure processes are aligned with internal standards and business needs. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start). * 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Finance, or a related area. * Experience with KPI reporting or operational dashboards & ability to support process documentation, reporting, and metrics tracking.
