We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Officer** with a good exposure to **Australian procurement** processes. This role will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company policies while driving cost-effective sourcing and supplier performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders * Ensure compliance with Australian procurement standards and company policies * Build and manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs * Maintain procurement records using ERP systems * Coordinate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders * Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field * With at least 5 years of procurement experience (experience in handling** AU procurement is highly preferred)** * Good oral and written communication skills * With experience in using ERP systems * Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule and on a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City and 3 days WFH)
