Perform advanced procurement services
Acquire commodities and services
Acquire design and construction services
Prepare and issue formal solicitations
Provide training on procurement best practices
Conduct public pre-bid/proposal conferences
Evaluate responses to solicitations
Develop and manage contracts
Monitor and evaluate contractor performance
Serve as commodity and service specialist
Research market trends and advise departments
