Must Have
Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain operations., Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management., Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)., organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Proactive mindset, curiosity, and sense of ownership., Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
Nice to Have
Previous experience with SAP is highly preferred., Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations., Familiarity with procurement compliance and operational controls., Experience handling high-volume procurement routines and operational workflows.
What You'll Do.
Manage procurement purchase contracts with key suppliers
ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
Maintain supplier documentation updated across internal systems and tools
including compliance and mandatory records required for PR/PO processes.
Execute daily procurement operations and support end-to-end purchasing activities.
Receive and review procurement requests
ensuring alignment with internal policies and operational procedures.
Convert Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
Review and validate PO information
including supplier data
and relevant comments/requirements.
Ensure supplier acknowledgement of purchase orders and monitor delivery commitments.
rescheduling requests
and changes related to quantities
Follow up on purchase orders and support expediting activities to ensure timely deliveries.
Act as a point of contact for supplier-related issues
supporting dispute management and problem resolution.
