What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, or sourcing, Proven experience managing global supply chains in a highly technical, hardware-based environment (e. g. , semiconductors, photonics, advanced manufacturing, electronics), Demonstrated success scaling supply chains in high growth companies and environments, negotiation skills with experience managing complex, high value supplier relationships, Experience supporting NPI and transition from R&D to volume manufacturing, analytical, financial, and operational mindset with comfort working in ambiguity and defining and creating processes, Proficient in English and Mandarin

MBA or professional procurement certification is an advantage
What You'll Do.
lead all procurement functions within the company focusing on sourcing
and procurement strategies to support rapid growth and product commercialization
scalable supply chains across corporate
and operations while balancing cost

Develop and execute a global supply chain and procurement strategy aligned with product roadmap
Own strategic sourcing and supplier selection for complex
high precision components and services
including contract manufacturers and key technology partners
Lead supplier negotiations
and long term supply agreements to ensure cost competitiveness
Build and manage global supplier relationships
including performance management
and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Engineering
and Finance to support NPI
and lifecycle management focusing on inventory
demand and capacity planning
Establish and optimize procurement processes
and governance to support a growing global organization
