Build scalable process
Design procurement policy
Design intake process
Design approval workflow
Stand up single front door
Define and document RFP process
Evaluate and recommend tooling
Set cadence and content of reporting
Own full vendor lifecycle
Own central vendor register
Own renewals calendar
Drive renewal conversations
Lead commercial negotiations
Identify and resolve duplicate subscriptions
Identify and resolve overlapping tools
Act as single point of contact
Manage and maximise value
Integrate procurement into Finance processes
Design and operate authorisation levels
Design and operate approval flows
Partner with Legal on contract review
Partner with IT/InfoSec on assessments
Work with team managers to surface needs
Challenge requests against existing tooling
Route projects to approvers

Team & Collaboration
Partner across the business; Single point of contact for Finance, Legal, and IT/InfoSec; Partner with Finance; Integrate procurement into Finance's budgeting processes; Work with Finance to design and operate clear authorisation levels; Partner with Legal on contract review; Partner with IT/InfoSec on security and data protection assessments; Work with team managers across the business
