Procurement & Facilities Executive (3–4 Years Experience) Location: Chennai, India Department: Procurement & Administration Experience: 3–4 Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Facilities Executive to support procurement operations while assisting with day-to-day facilities and administrative activities. The role will primarily focus on procurement (70%) and facilities management (30%), ensuring smooth business operations, cost optimization, vendor management, and workplace support. Key Responsibilities Procurement (70%) Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order processing. Obtain and analyze quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and timelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings. Track procurement requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain procurement records, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor documentation. Support vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and supplier performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
