Minimum of 3 years in strategic sourcing experience for facilities services, Ability to lead all RFP-related activities and negotiate, Good knowledge of facilities categories, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (compulsory language: English), Excellent Computer proficiency in MS Office and other platforms

develop and look after vendor management programmes
ensuring seamless negotiation processes
promoting effective project coordination
see to it that transition and information updates are well in place
Being a vital resource of the team in delivering client expectations
take part in drafting requirements for bidding
setup supplies profile
track Operations savings for the operations related to vendor & supplies
involved in procurement transition by project managing
providing updates on procurement and vendors space
leading external communication & coordination
ensuring smooth transfer of information to business unit
Engaging with Stakeholder and the business
Building the rapport and communicating channels
continuously engaging or creating new relationships
Communication is vital to ensure that everyone is up to speed and updated with the progress of any given project
Vendor management and approval
Preparing vendor evaluation
Preparing vendor’s KPI and as needed
draw down from client MSA
check Insurance program for vendors
Support account/site teams in sourcing
vendor set up and cost savings
Support preparing and reviewing contracts as required by Managers
Lead and/or support procurement Transition projects
Lead and/or support Solutions Development team for vendor pricing activities
Be the Procurement advisor to the internal stakeholder (account/site teams and business) and as and when required
for the clients and vendors
Be responsible for savings deliverables
Manage Vendor Insurance Program: insurance payment tracking
follow and renew contract insurance
Manage Vendor Insights Program
Provide the required Procurement and Vendor induction trainings to account/site teams
In charge of the Procurement Limitation of Authority document
Collaborate with other functions as required
Engineering & Operations
support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior

You’ll assist in drafting requirements for bidding and conduct various sourcing references―including requests for information, proposals and quotations. You’ll also draw up contracts and find opportunities to drive costs down. You’ll also be expected to always be ready in the face of any pricing issues that may arise. On top of these, you’ll lend support to our solutions department team, so part of your strategic plan should be to get the best pricing that’s in line with their tenders. Are you adept in monitoring and generating reports, and a technology platform user? In this role, you’ll handle the development, implementation and maintenance of vendor, Rfx & purchase order templates and benchmark reports. You’ll also carry out scheduled audits to ensure that both contract and insurance requirements are met. To excel in this role, you’ll also take part in growing the business by actively participating in tender/pricing activities.
