**Procurement Coordinator** **– Contingent Worker** Labcorp is seeking a **Procurement Coordinator – Contingent Worker** to join our team in **Shanghai China**. **Job Responsibilities:** * Global Team Participation: Attend and actively contribute to global team meetings and training sessions. * System Testing: Support ProjectOne procurement initiatives by conducting system testing, adjustments, and data organization. * Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance and other business units to ensure smooth project execution. * Supplier Communication: Liaise with external suppliers regarding project-related matters, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues. * Data Management: Maintain accurate procurement data records to support reporting and compliance. * Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor degree **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong proficiency in written and reading English * 2 or more years of experience in participating in short-term projects **Additional Job Standards:** * Knowledge and understanding of procurement and customer service. * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. * Ability to be persistent while maintaining tact. * Working knowledge of computers and programs * Strong organizational skills * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, basic calculation formulas, pivot table) * Experienced in Oracle / Peoplesoft preferred * Able to perform overtime work occasionally At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
