We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our **Parque Industrial Queretaro's** site**.** **Responsibilities:** * Support procurement activities by gathering data, analyzing vendor quotes, and assisting in sourcing low to mid-value goods and services. * Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain vendor profiles. * Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). * Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines. * Help negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules under the guidance of senior buyers. * Track purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure vendor compliance with terms. * Maintain procurement records and ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready. * Monitor spending and assist with reporting on procurement metrics and cost savings. * Support vendor onboarding and performance evaluation processes. * Participate in cross-functional procurement projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles. * Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
