1–2 years of purchasing, inventory management, administrative support, or hospitality operations experience

Nice to Have

associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality, 1+ years of experience using Coupa, Experience working in resort, hotel, or multi‑department operational environments

What You'll Do.

Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in accordance with company policies and spending guidelines

Coordinate with department leaders across resort and hotel operations to identify purchasing needs and timelines

Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes

and resolve delivery issues

Maintain accurate purchasing records

and data entry within procurement systems

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment for key operational categories such as F&B

and mountain supplies

Support vendor onboarding

ensuring proper completion of agreements

Assist in negotiating pricing

and delivery schedules under the guidance of procurement leadership

Verify receipts of goods and review invoices for accuracy before submitting for payment processing

Help coordinate seasonal ordering cycles

Prepare purchasing reports and updates to support forecasting

and departmental planning

Maintain positive working relationships with internal teams

and logistics partners

Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency

Performs other related tasks as assigned
