What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of purchasing, inventory management, administrative support, or hospitality operations experience
Nice to Have
associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality, 1+ years of experience using Coupa, Experience working in resort, hotel, or multi‑department operational environments
What You'll Do.
Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders
Coordinate with department leaders to identify purchasing needs
Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes
Maintain accurate purchasing records
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Support vendor onboarding
Assist in negotiating pricing
Verify receipts of goods and review invoices
Help coordinate seasonal ordering cycles
Prepare purchasing reports and updates
Maintain positive working relationships
Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing workflows
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with department leaders across resort and hotel operations; Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups and individuals effectively; Maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners
Communication Scope
communication skills, using various channels (oral, written, presentations) to various internal and external audiences
Process & Methodology
Proficiency in planning, managing, and executing projects within scope and deadlines
