5–8 years procurement or contract administration experience, Post-secondary education or supply chain designation, Experience supporting public-sector, infrastructure, mining, energy, engineering, or industrial projects, Experience supporting RFQs, RFPs, tendering, evaluations, and procurement documentation, Familiarity with public procurement practices, trade agreements, and competitive bid environments, Experience coordinating procurement activities across multiple projects simultaneously, Administrative, organizational, and documentation skills, Experience with procurement tracking tools, supplier management, and contract administration processes, Ability to work independently while supporting multiple project teams, Willingness to periodically travel to client offices and project sites
