This role assists in managing key spend categories by coordinating supplier activities, performing spend analysis, and supporting sourcing initiatives that align with organizational goals. **Qualifications** **Education Required** • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field **Licenses/Certifications Required** • None **Work Experience Required** • 3+ years of experience in procurement, category coordination, vendor management, or sourcing. **Preferred Qualifications** • Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CSCP). • Analytical experience supporting supplier evaluation and spend reporting. • Experience with spend analysis and category management. • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and tools. • Healthcare industry experience. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** • This role involves interaction and collaboration with other departments and requires excellent judgment and interpersonal skills. • Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical execution while influencing outcomes without formal authority. • Proficiency in procurement and ERP platforms such as Workday or similar systems, including requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier records, and contract documentation. • Ability to navigate procurement workflows, approval structures, and compliance requirements within enterprise systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret spend data, identify trends, assess cost drivers, and evaluate supplier performance. • Experience supporting category-level spend analysis, variance analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) considerations. • Ability to
