What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree and above in a relevant discipline (business, management, legal, commercial), Fluent in English and Mandarin language, both written and oral, 5-8 year’s procurement experiences with in manufacturing industry, Demonstrated Procurement Experience in a commercial environment, incorporating project, service delivery, technology or supplier management, Astute in the management and operation of suppliers with proven ability to assess the capability suppliers and commercial proposals, Sound understanding of supplier contracts and the initiative to seek timely advice on technical and operational perspectives from both internal and external sources to ensure the most favourable commercial outcomes, Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Achieve set key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Partner with internal and external stakeholders
Take accountability for procurement activities
implement and execute procurement processes
Optimise and continually improve procurement function performance
Responsible for overall supplier delivery management
Responsible for supplier performance measurement
Responsible for identifying and achieving cost reduction opportunities
Responsible for supplier issues resolution
Responsible for assessing
reducing or eliminating supplier risks
Responsible for supplier and internal stakeholder relationship management
Supporting Strategic Sourcing in providing procurement and commercial support
Responsible for procurement activities during product development
Responsible for supplier performance measurement
issue and risk management
Ensuring that Procurement are conducting all necessary activities
Responsible for the support and execution of non-product development site specific projects
