What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or related field, Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Cost Analysis, Experience in preparing costing files, price analyses, and supplier quotations, Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis), Negotiation and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities, At least 4 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, Verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek

Nice to Have

Master's Degree, Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Understanding of Hardware/Electronics, Knowledge of SAP ERP

What You'll Do.

Prepare bid specifications

Issue bid requests to vendors and suppliers

Evaluate approved suppliers

delivery and quality of products

Source new products and alternative suppliers

Negotiate with suppliers regarding damage claims

Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation

Solve problems regarding orders efficiently and timely
