What You'll Do.
Lead PO data cleansing and validation
Close redundant or inactive POs
Correct data anomalies
Assess migration readiness
Validate Period of Performance data
Determine POs and PO lines for transition
Support data mapping and preparation
Define and implement standardised PO structures
Develop templates for consistent procurement
Partner with Operational Units to align POs
Support implementation of cyber security questionnaire
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Validate procurement data
Support broader cleansing initiatives
Assist with procurement-related security role mapping
Align processes between MSD and Costpoint
Provide guidance and training to business users
Train on Costpoint P2P processes
Train on improved procurement practices
