What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations, Experience in IT hardware or related industry, Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and shipping documentation, Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, Familiarity with import/export procedures and Incoterms, negotiation (pricing & quotation) and vendor management skills, Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Issue purchase orders and monitor fulfillment
Maintain supplier relationships and identify new opportunities
Conduct cost comparisons and support cost-saving initiatives
Ensure procurement compliance with company policies
Track and manage procurement records and contracts
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues
Manage inventory levels to support operational requirements
Prepare and review shipping documents
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
Support demand planning and inventory forecasting
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations
Maintain procurement and logistics data in systems
Prepare reports on purchasing and logistics performance
Monitor supplier KPIs and logistics service performance
Support audits and process improvement initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements and timelines; Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate stock movement; Team-oriented culture that encourages collaboration
