With an expanding footprint across Canada and the U.S., we’re scaling quickly and looking for mission-driven talent to help accelerate our growth. **Job Opportunity** SWTCH is seeking a**Procurement and Logistics Coordinator** to support the expansion of our Operations team. Reporting directly to the Manager of Procurement and Logistics, you’ll help with the daily procurement and shipment tasks, ranging from forecasting for business needs to working with our logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the operations field, with specific experience working with inventory and shipping carriers and brokers. The SWTCH team is lean, motivated, and driven by our mission to realizing a clean energy future. **Responsibilities** * Inventory Management: Play a vital role in maintaining our internal inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Shipping Support: Assist in packing items and booking shipments to guarantee timely and secure deliveries. * Receiving Coordination: Assist in the efficient reception of shipments, ensuring all goods are accounted for and in good condition. * Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory and forecasting reports to facilitate informed decision-making. * Inventory Monitoring: Continuously monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overages. * Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Engineering, as well as external stakeholders such as vendors, customers, and carriers
