Job Summary:** The Procurement & Analytics Manager leads end-to-end procurement for Lilly Korea while driving Finance-wide automation and AI adoption. The role balances commercial rigor — supplier negotiations, cost discipline, and contract governance — with a forward-looking mandate to identify and scale AI-enabled tools that improve Finance efficiency and decision-making. **Job Responsibilities:**** **Procurement (70%)** * Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Lilly Korea’s needs and global category frameworks * Identify and onboard qualified suppliers; manage relationships to ensure performance, quality, and compliance * Negotiate vendor terms, pricing, and SLAs; finalize purchase and delivery conditions * Review and manage supplier contracts (excluding HR and sensitive contracts); ensure accuracy and risk mitigation * Track procurement metrics — cost savings, spend analytics, supplier performance — and report to CFO * Monitor market conditions and develop contingency strategies for supply chain risks **Analytics & AI Initiatives (30%)** * Identify and drive high-impact automation and AI use cases across Finance workflows * Pilot and scale AI-enabled tools (e.g., spend analysis, contract automation, invoice processing) in partnership with global Finance teams * Establish governance frameworks for AI tool usage, ensuring compliance, auditability, and appropriate human oversight * Track and communicate ROI from
