What You'll Achieve.
Serve as the single source of truth for procurement performance data; Influence spending decisions; Target 80% of recurring reports running automatically

Interpret trends; Identify gaps; Highlight opportunities; Analyze PO patterns, requisition volumes, and approval cycle times to identify process inefficiencies; Identify off-contract and unapproved spend; Quantify leakage and support remediation
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 years in procurement analytics, spend analysis, supply chain reporting, or a closely adjacent Finance role, Demonstrated experience building savings trackers, vendor scorecards, and spend analytics from scratch, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot models, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays), SQL (comfortable writing and optimizing queries against ERP and P2P data), Tableau, Experience presenting to senior leadership (CFO, COO, VP level), Track record of working across Finance, Legal, IT, and business functions, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, Able to balance multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to a SaaS or high-growth technology company strongly preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering is a plus, Experience working in a global organization with peers in multiple countries and time zones, Possessing stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do.
Procurement savings tracking & reporting
Build and maintain spend dashboards and recurring reports
Produce monthly and quarterly spend summaries with variance analysis
and forward pipeline estimates
Maintain evidence trails for spend support internal audit and SOC 2 reviews
Design and operationalize a vendor performance scorecard
Prepare data packages for quarterly business reviews with Tier 1 vendors
Track vendor action items and commitments
Monitor vendor health signals
Track vendor onboarding cycle times
Build and maintain the category taxonomy
Classify spend into a clean
Identify off-contract and unapproved spend
Quantify leakage and support remediation
Research market price benchmarks
and approval cycle times
Own the project status layer for strategic initiatives
Connect initiative completion to realized savings
Build the monthly Procurement Leadership Review decks
Provide procurement accruals data
Support month-end close
Reconcile PO vs. invoice variances
Deliver category spend summaries to business stakeholders
Support budget planning with historical spend data
Work with IT and Finance Systems to ensure clean data flows
Own the procurement analytics layer in Power BI / Tableau / Looker
Eliminate manual reporting through scripting and scheduled automation
