What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of experience in supplier onboarding, 1+ years of experience in procurement operations, 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, 1+ years of experience in P2P system administration
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Coupa SIM experience preferred, Coupa Supplier Portal experience preferred, Excel and tracking experience a plus

Validate required documentation
Complete system setup
Maintain accurate supplier master data
Update supplier tax information
Update supplier banking information
Update supplier pay sites
Update government status
Update non-profit status
Update legal entity information
Track outstanding actions
Follow up with suppliers
Escalate issues to resolution
Support onboarding and use of Coupa Supplier Portal
Resolve supplier data issues
Resolve supplier portal issues
Coordinate with internal teams
Track onboarding status
Track onboarding volume
Track onboarding completion
Track key enablement metrics
Maintain accurate documentation
Report on onboarding activity
Coordinate supplier enablement
Act as point of contact for supplier onboarding
Address supplier onboarding questions
Resolve supplier onboarding issues
