3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes, 3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes, 3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings, Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 50% of the time)

Nice to Have

1+ years of experience working with production teams, 3+ years of experience leading teams & prioritizing milestones, 3+ years of experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis, presentations, and communication, Experience in a strategic role

, requirements interpretation and clarification, contractual compliance, scheduling tools, technical skills, self-assessment) to supplier for improvement or enhancement of delivery performance, Participates in on-site supplier assessments with the procurement agent (e.

, Preferred Supplier Certification, Proof of Process and Rate Readiness) to identify supplier capacity and capability to perform current and projected work statement & support Boeing procurement strategy, Monitors suppliers' performance-to-plan; assesses supplier resource plans, Identifies and communicates opportunities to implement new processes or improve existing processes.
