Procurement Agent **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Procurement Agent** to join our **SCO – EVT Vendor Asset & BCA Paint **team in**Everett** ,**Washington**. Our team is currently hiring for (Level 4)-Senior or (Level 5)-Lead Procurement Agent. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. * Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. * Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. * Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. * Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. * Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. * Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.** **Basic Qualifications**(**Required Skills** / **Experience****):** * 7+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes and practices * 7+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) * 3+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions * Domes
