1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes, 1+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings, 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, as needed

Nice to Have

5 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 5+ years managing supplier quality and delivery performance, 5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles, Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent work or military experience. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

Procurement Agent **Company:** The Boeing Company Job Description **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking Procurement Agents (Levels 2 ,3 or 4) to join the**In-Service Supply Chain** team located in **Everett, WA and Seal Beach, CA.** The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational supply chain support to both external partners and internal stakeholders. Within BCA, Procurement Agents manage a complex global supplier network that supplies critical components for Boeing’s commercial aircraft. The In-Service Supplier Performance organization specifically focuses on oversight of supplier proprietary parts across all commodities. They interface directly with suppliers and airline customers to enforce product-support contract requirements, strengthen aftermarket supplier support, and increase fleet reliability and operational effectiveness for customers. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be results-driven, experienced in managing supplier recoveries, and proactive in identifying process improvements to support the One Boeing Supply Chain vision. Key responsibilities include standard supply chain management tasks, data analysis, forecasting, resolving supply-demand issues, and other duties as assigned.
