Procurement Agent **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Procurement Agent**(Level 3 or 4) to join the **North America and Europe** team based in **Everett, Washington**. We are looking for qualified candidates with a strong supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers worldwide. As a Procurement Agent, you will oversee complex work packages in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class products that support our airline customers and the flying public. **Position Responsibilities:** * Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies * Executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements * Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management * Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance * Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.** **Basic Qualifications**(**Required Skills** /**Experience):** * 6+ Procurement and Supply Chain Processes * 6+ years of project and program management experience * Experience with SAP or similar ERP system * Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally 20% of the time **Preferred Qualifications**(**Desired Skills** /**Experience**): * **Level 4:** 10+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes * 10+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance * 10+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles * Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a D
