Procurement Agent **Company:** The Boeing Company Job Description **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a**Procurement Agent (Level 3 or Level 4)** to join our **Boeing Technical Services contracting** team in **Everett, Washington!** Boeing Technical Services (BTS) -- a dynamic team for managing sales contracts for supplier-funded engineering technical services -- offers a unique and exciting opportunity for experienced contracting professionals to work in a fast-paced environment, while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and working with stakeholders across the enterprise. The BTS position acts as an authorized agent of Boeing to commit engineering resources through specialized sales agreements with the supply base in support of qualification and certification activities for commercial airplane programs. You will work cross-functionally throughout the contracting life cycle with procurement agents, engineers, licensing specialists, accounting, and other stakeholders to develop proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and ultimately manage the agreements. **Position Responsibilities:** * Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. * Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. * Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. * Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 5+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions * 5+ years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes * 5+ years of experience in Project Management * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience Level 4):** * 7+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions * 7+ years of exp
