What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes, 2+ Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders, 2+ Experience drafting contracts or legal documents, 2+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree or higher, Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval, Experience in Contract Management, Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting, MRO and/or Service Experience
What You'll Do.
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand
delivery and financial performance.
Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
Reviews and comprehends supplier statements of work.
