What You'll Do.
Raise Purchase Orders on ServiceNow and Sage200
Monitor and forecast upcoming demand
Manage procurement for simple customer projects
Liaise with customers on delivery
Work with Procurement team for information
Raise Purchase Orders on ServiceNow
Provide progress reports on Purchase Orders
Highlight issues or risks to Purchase Orders
Ensure price checks completed against Sales Order
Manage small hardware/software orders
Ad hoc administration tasks

Team & Collaboration
Work alongside other members of the Procurement team; Develop internal relationships to deliver customer requirements; Collaborative approach with team support
