Manage supplier onboarding process
Collect supplier documents
Verify supplier backgrounds
Update supplier information
Monitor supplier risks
Coordinate with buyers on risk mitigation
Manage contract archiving
Manage contract renewals
Maintain supplier database
Ensure regular information updates
Pilot contract administration
Anticipate contract renewals
Maintain purchasing repository data
Manage purchasing catalogs
Coordinate with country purchasing teams
Coordinate with Global Category Leaders
Provide first-level support to Group orderers
Coordinate with accounts payable on supplier support
Coordinate with accounts payable on order information
