managing daily activities of the Procure to Receive process
applying purchasing policy and executing purchasing strategies by category
managing and consolidating purchase requests and orders
advising and supporting internal clients on purchasing methods
redirecting requests to the correct purchasing contacts
managing ongoing orders and following up with internal clients for receptions
managing the supplier onboarding process
monitoring supplier risks
coordinating with buyers to implement risk mitigation measures
from archiving to renewal management
maintaining the supplier database and ensuring regular updates
piloting contract administration: archiving & classification
planning and anticipating renewals
maintaining purchasing repository data across the group
offering first-level support to Group orderers
coordinating with accounts payable teams for supplier support or order-related information

Team & Collaboration
working collaboratively with the global purchasing organization and a network of internal clients; regularly coordinating with purchasing teams in countries and with Global Category Leaders; coordinating with accounts payable teams
