What You'll Do.

Manage Salesforce to ensure accurate orders

Update and communicate customer commit dates at SKU level

ensuring alignment with supply availability.

Manage customer receipts

including completion of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and Goods Receipts (GRs).

Confirm and reconcile inventory positions with customers to maintain accuracy and trust.

Attend and contribute to OEM meetings

and action follow-ups.

and report KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
