Job Overview The Proctor Advanced Placement Test will monitor students during testing. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate testing activities with other professional staff, both school and non-school based, as required to maximize testing opportunities Work in a self-contained, team, department, itinerant capacity, or at a field work-site, as assigned Request assistance from, and work with, resource personnel as needed Participate in activities and staff meetings as required or assigned Ensure continuous communication with school administration both written and oral, to keep them informed of student(s) testing progress Manage allotted learning time to maximize student achievement Ensure classroom and/or testing environment is attractive, healthful, safe and conductive to learning and that materials are accessible to students and in good condition Collaborate with other professionals including guidance counselors and administrators to carry out school-wide testing or related activities as necessary Maintain a confidential and secure testing environment Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily.
