The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with our company. Experience with API integrations or a desire to develop skills in that area is highly valued. **🔑 Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding and offboarding, as well as troubleshooting user-related problems and integration-related errors * Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects * Assist with updating and creating SOP documentation, setting up and updating training within Talent LMS including updating PowerPoint documents and recorded trainings * Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS identifying areas of non-compliance * Field an internal Jira queue to assign tickets to appropriate owners * Assist with creating Business Requirements Documentation and Timelines to complete larger integration projects **Requirements** **💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:** * 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Procore in a professional setting * Familiarity with construction project management and financial workflows (budgeting, invoicing, commitments, change orders, etc.) * Demonstrated technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn new tools and systems. * Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities **Nice to Haves:** * Experience with Procore API or similar software platforms * Exposure to or interest in working with APIs and basic
