What You'll Do.
Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding and offboarding
as well as troubleshooting user-related problems and integration-related errors
Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects
Assist with updating and creating SOP documentation
setting up and updating training within Talent LMS including updating PowerPoint documents and recorded trainings
Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS identifying areas of non-compliance
Field an internal Jira queue to assign tickets to appropriate owners
Assist with creating Business Requirements Documentation and Timelines to complete larger integration projects

Prime System Solutions is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy **Procore Specialist** to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with our company.
